Noida, India, June 21: The Fourth consecutive International Yoga Day was celebrated with quite an aplomb and the function was a grand success this year too. Teams from all the different business verticals of the Company such as Telecom Services Group (TSG), Mobile Services and Support (MSS), IT Software division & the IT Hardware division gave their support to this noble initiative.
Talking on the importance of International Yoga Day, RV Solutions CEO Vandana Seth said, “Yoga which is an ancient art that nurtures the mind, working through the medium of the body. It is a beautiful act of nurturing the divinity within you. I strongly believe that it is a gift to all of us. I am confident that the International Yoga Day which our honourable Prime Minister has started will leave a mark on this generation and the next.”

The three-session program included an overview of the benefits of yoga and demonstration of some of the important ‘asanas’ and ‘postures’. It has been arranged to create awareness about yoga in all aspects, both for the uninitiated and the practitioners. The importance of yoga, as a part of a healthy all round regimen was highlighted. The Yoga session was conducted by a trained yoga practitioner.
